REGULATION - 'A VIEW OVER THE TERRITORY'

O Movimento Português de Intervenção Artística e Educação pela Arte (MOVEA), no âmbito do projeto ROTEIROS ARROIOS, organiza o Concurso

‘Uma visão sobre o Território‘

        1. Organização

‘Uma Visão sobre o Território‘ é um concurso informal promovido pelo MOVEA no âmbito do projeto ROTEIROS ARROIOS. Promove a criação de trabalhos artísticos nas áreas das Artes Plásticas, Criação Literária, Fotografia, Vídeo e Música, sobre o território da Freguesia de Arroios em toda a sua amplitude temática.

        2. Destinatários

Poderão participar todos os cidadãos menores de 18 anos.

        3. Objectivos do Concurso

  • Desenvolver a prática artística nas áreas das Artes Plásticas, Literatura, Música, Fotografia e Vídeo;
  • Promover o conhecimento do território da Freguesia de Arroios;
  • Estimular a criatividade da população mais jovem;
  • Contribuir para a construção de perspectivas diversificadas e inclusivas;
  • Aprofundar práticas educativas através das artes;
  • Contribuir para a integração das comunidades.

        4. Tipologia de Formatos Admitidos

4.1. Podem ser apresentados trabalhos a concurso de:

  • Expressão Plástica (Desenho, Pintura ou Escultura – submetidos numa primeira fase por registo digital);
  • Música em ficheiro áudio;
  • Fotografia ou Vídeo em formato digital;
  • Texto Literário em formato PDF;

        5. Condições de Candidatura

5.1. As candidaturas poderão ser apresentadas individualmente, em grupo, por Escolas ou por Agrupamentos de Escolas.

5.2. Os trabalhos devem ser enviados, até ao dia indicado no ponto 9 deste regulamento, por email (roteirosarroios@movea.pt) com os seguintes elementos:

    • Fotografia(s) do(s) trabalho(s) na categoria de Artes Plásticas (posteriormente será combinada a entrega do trabalho físico); ficheiro áudio na categoria de Música e os trabalhos de fotografia e Vídeo.

        6. Critérios de Valorização

6.1. Para além da verificação da concretização dos objetivos inerentes e acima enunciados, serão critérios de avaliação e valorização da candidatura:

  • A criatividade e a originalidade;
  • A promoção de valores intelectuais e sociais;
  • A inovação e diversificação da qualidade técnica e artística;
  • A ligação ao património material, imaterial e humano da freguesia;
  • O sentido de inclusão das várias comunidades presentes no território;
  • As boas práticas e costumes presentes no território.

        7. Júri

O júri será constituído por representantes da entidade promotora, de reconhecida experiência nas áreas artística e da educação. As suas decisões serão soberanas e definitivas e não poderão ser impugnáveis.

        8. Prazos

Candidaturas: até 19 de fevereiro de 2021.

Envio dos trabalhos: até 19 de fevereiro de 2021.

    • Nos formatos digitais indicados, juntamente com o formulário.

Divulgação dos Trabalhos Premiados: Até 28 de fevereiro de 2021.

        9. Prémios

São atribuídos os seguintes prémios;

    • 1 Primeiro Prémio para o melhor trabalho de cada área artística
    • Três Prémios Especiais, para cada área artística
  • O júri poderá decidir não atribuir qualquer dos prémios referidos. Em caso de ex aequo, o prémio é atribuído a cada trabalho vencedor.
  • Os Primeiros Prémios são um Kit de Materiais Artísticos, uma anuidade de sócio com frequência de atividades do MOVEA, até dez sessões, durante um ano e uma T-shirt ROTEIROS ARROIOS.
  • Os Prémios Especiais são uma T-shirt ROTEIROS ARROIOS para cada trabalho vencedor.
  • Até julho de 2021, será realizada uma exposição, em local a divulgar, com uma seleção de trabalhos submetidos (vencedores e outros).

        10. Direitos de Propriedade Intelectual

10.1. Os autores dos trabalhos garantem estar a agir de forma idónea relativamente aos trabalhos submetidos a concurso, assumindo toda e qualquer responsabilidade associada a qualquer reclamação, ação legal e/ou queixa de terceiro(s), que tenha por base a violação dos direitos desse(s) terceiro(s), incluindo os seus direitos de propriedade intelectual.

10.2. Os participantes reconhecem que, ao participar neste concurso, estão a autorizar o MOVEA a divulgar e reproduzir os materiais produzidos, parcialmente ou na sua totalidade, nos seus canais de comunicação, conhecidos ou que venham a existir.

        11. Dados Pessoais

11.1. Os dados pessoais fornecidos ao MOVEA no âmbito do concurso ‘Uma Visão sobre o Território‘ não serão partilhados com terceiros, Podem vir a ser adicionados, por tempo indeterminado, à Base de Dados do MOVEA, para fins informativos das atividades promovidas, podendo ser solicitada a sua exclusão, em qualquer altura, através do email movea@movea.pt.

        12. Disposições finais

12.1. A apresentação da candidatura representa a aceitação plena do presente regulamento.

12.2. O MOVEA não poderá ser considerado responsável pela anulação, adiamento ou alteração do concurso por circunstâncias imprevistas.

‘A View over the Territory‘

  1. Organisation

‘A View over the Territory‘ is an informal competition promoted by MOVEA within the scope of the ROTEIROS ARROIOS project, which promotes the creation of artistic works in the areas of Visual Arts, Literary Creation, Photography, Video and Music, on the territory of the Parish of Arroios in all its thematic range.

  1. Recipients

All citizens under the age of 18 will be able to participate.

  1. Objectives of the competition
  • Develop artistic practice in the areas of Visual Arts, Literature, Music, Photography and Video;
  • Promote knowledge of the territory of the Parish of Arroios;
  • Stimulate the creativity of the younger population;
  • Contribute to the construction of diverse and inclusive perspectives;
  • Deepen educational practices through the arts;
  • Contribute to the integration of communities.
  1. Typology of Accepted Formats

4.1 Works may be submitted to the competition in the form of:

  • Visual Arts (Drawing, Painting or Sculpture – submitted initially by digital registration);
  • Music in an audio file;
  • Photography or Video in digital format;
  • Literary Text in PDF format;
  1. Conditions of Application

5.1 Applications may be submitted individually, in groups, by Schools or by School Groups.

5.2 The works must be sent, until the day indicated in point 9 of these regulations, by email (roteirosarroios@movea.pt) with the following information:

    • Duly completed form (can be downloaded here)
    • Photograph(s) of the work(s) in the category of Fine Arts (the delivery of the physical work will be scheduled for a later date); audio file in the category of Music and the works of photography and Video.
  1. Valuation Criteria

6.1 In addition to verifying the achievement of the inherent objectives above, the application will be evaluated and valued for:

  • Its creativity and originality;
  • The promotion of intellectual and social values;
  • The innovation and diversification of technical and artistic quality;
  • The link to the material, immaterial and human heritage of the parish;
  • The sense of inclusion of the various communities present in the territory;
  • The good practices and customs present in the territory.
  1. Jury

The jury will be composed of representatives of the promoting entity, with recognised experience in the artistic and educational areas. Its decisions shall be sovereign and final and may not be challenged.

  1. Deadlines

Applications: until February 19, 2021.

Works should be sent: until February 19, 2021.

Disclosure of Award-winning Works: Until February 28, 2021.

  1. Prizes
  • The following prizes are awarded;
    • 1 First Prize for the best work of each artistic area
    • Three Special Awards, for each artistic area
  • The jury may decide not to award any of the aforementioned prizes. In case of ex aequo, the prize is awarded to each winning entry.
  • The First Prizes are a Kit of Artistic Materials, an annual membership with MOVEA activities, up to ten sessions, for one year and a ROTEIROS ARROIOS T-shirt.
  • The Special Awards are a ROTEIROS ARROIOS T-shirt for each winning work.
  • Until July 2021, an exhibition will be held, in a venue to be announced, with a selection of submitted works (winners and others).
  1. Intellectual property rights

10.1. The authors of the works guarantee that they are acting appropriately in relation to the works submitted to the competition, taking any responsibility associated with any complaint, legal action and/or complaint from third party(ies), based on the violation of the rights of such third party(ies), including their intellectual property rights.

10.2. Participants acknowledge that by participating in this competition they are authorising MOVEA to disseminate and reproduce the materials produced, partially or in full, in its communication channels, known or that may exist in the future.

  1. Personal Data

11.1. The personal data provided to MOVEA in connection with the competition ‘A View over the Territory‘ will not be shared with third parties. It may be added, for an indefinite period of time, to the MOVEA Database, for information purposes within the scope of its activities, and may be requested to be deleted, at any time, through the email movea@movea.pt.

  1. Final provisions

12.1. The submission of the application represents the full acceptance of this regulation.

12.2. MOVEA may not be held liable for the cancellation, postponement or modification of the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
